Griffin Leaphardy

After five years in a corporate job, I realized I was missing something big. Connection. I wanted to actually see the people I was helping and feel like my work made a difference. Real estate turned out to be exactly that. I get to help friends, neighbors, and new faces find their place here in Seattle.

I’ve called Seattle home for the past decade and have lived all over the city — the U District, Belltown, Capitol Hill, and now Phinney Ridge. Each neighborhood has its own personality, and I love helping clients figure out which one fits their lifestyle best. My fiancé and I used to spend weekends visiting open houses just for fun (long before I got my license), just to get out and explore new neighborhoods.

I especially love working with first-time homebuyers. I bought my first house at 23 and remember how overwhelming it felt — confusing, exciting, stressful, all at once. My goal is to make that process feel as smooth and transparent as possible. I’m patient, I over-communicate (in a good way!), and I always want my clients to feel confident, informed, and never rushed.

People usually describe me as warm, friendly, and easy to talk to, which honestly feels like the best compliment I could get in this business. I want clients to feel comfortable asking any question and to know they have someone who truly cares about finding them the right place to call home.

When I’m not touring houses, I’m probably crocheting, walking my dog around Phinney, or diving into some classic video games from the ’80s to early 2000s. I first moved up from California to attend the University of Washington — go Dawgs! — and ended up falling in love with the weather, the community, and the spectacular Seattle vibe.

Seattle is home for me in every sense, and I love helping others find their place here too.
