I have been orchestrating harmonious real estate transactions for buyers and sellers in the Greater Puget Sound area since 2003. I was born in Seattle, raised my boys in Anacortes and currently divide my time between my home on Capitol Hill in Seattle and my Puget Sound waterfront home in the Kitsap County community of Hansville. I am very familiar with nearly every nook and cranny of Northwest Washington, from quaint, faraway island communities to the neighborhoods of Seattle and everything in between. It is true that location is nearly everything in a smart real estate purchase, and knowing the landscape and nuances of your preferred market area is one of my superpowers!
